Sign Guest Book Angie Moore Angie Marie Moore, 38, of Kearney, Mo., passed away Tuesday, August 3, 2010 at her home after a long battle with cancer. Born August 7, 1971 in Kansas City, Mo., she was the daughter of Caroline Kay Moore, who preceded her in death October 30, 2007. Survivors include her daughter, Sasha Smith of the home; her fiancé`, Johnny Mathes of the home; two aunts, Wilma Moore and Nadine Brown, both of Excelsior Springs, Mo.; one uncle, Denny Moore of Maryville, Tenn.; and numerous cousins. Angie attended public schools in Excelsior Springs and had been a homemaker most of her life. She enjoyed music, movies, reading and going to the lake. She was a Child of God. Private family services will be held at a later date. Cremation. Arrangements under the direction of Polley Funeral Home of Excelsior Springs. I haven't been back in Excelsior in 20 plus years. I was in the class of '87. Angie was a very important part of my life, as was her mother. I know I can't say anything to ease your pain, but please understand Angie touched the hearts of many people, even one as far as San Francisco. She was a special person!
