We will always remember Marvin as a fine person who was a wonderful neighbor beside us at Winter Ranch Resort in Alamo, Texas. We always enjoyed his sense of humor and visiting with him. He will be missed but we know he is with God in heaven watching down on us so that is much better place than this world of today is. God be with you Marvin and bless Lucille and your family who must carry on till they meet with you at some later date in heaven.

Marvin was a great Pastor, a wonderful person, very caring and loving, He was always there if you needed him. Marvin baptized alot of my family and married some of us. I remember alot of good times at Old Union, too many to mention. When I needed him to baptize my husband, daughter and neice, he said, "Well we'll do it here at my pond. I have a granddaughter who is wanting to be baptized too." It was a great day! I'll cherish those memories forever. He is now in Heaven with Jesus waiting to see all of his family and friends. It'll be a great reunion someday. Until we all meet, May God comfort you all and keep you in his grace.
